		<description>Dear miss amazingheart,

I just spent the last hour replying to a friend who had accused me of things that could not have been crafted more perfectly to cause me pain. I was hurt, I was suffering, and I was reacting, playing his game and getting sucked into the temporal bullshit that I know is not me. He was hurt and lashing out, and I was the vessel of his pain, and I was injured by it. As I returned to my inbox, there you were, patiently waiting for me. I opened you and read about my experience within yours. i breathed it all in, like you taught me a few days ago, and now all is bliss. I am totally in love with everything.

I&#039;ve been walking around these past days breathing in and basking in bliss. Just like in the first paragraph of &quot;Keeping Enlightenment at bay&quot;, it&#039;s that easy and that powerful. It is amazing, and I want to be there always. But sometimes those we trust end up using us to make themselves feel better, and we momentarily forget to breathe it all in. Thanks for being there just now to bring me back to the focus of what we (apparently) really are: love and bliss.

I am in your debt.
